Recipe Ingredients for Italian-style Swiss chard

2 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
4 clove Garlic
8 oz Water
3 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Italian-style Swiss chard

1).wash swiss chard and cut into 1 inch strips. 2.) Bring water and salt to a boil in large saucepan. 3.) Cook stalk sections in salted boiling water for 2 min. Stir in leafy strips and cook until leaves are wilted and stalks are fork tender, abt 6 minutes. Drain and set aside. 4.) Heat olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over a med heat until aromatic about 3 minutes. Add the drained Swiss chard, cook and stir for 2 minutes.
