I just kind of threw some stuff together one morning i wanted eggs but i wanted them with a little kick. it turned out very well! flavorful without adding salt or pepper!

Recipe Ingredients for Italian style scrambled eggs

1 egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup onions
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 a clove garlic
1 tablespoon milk

Recipe Directions for Italian style scrambled eggs

  1. Dice onions and mince garlic.

  2. Wisk together egg, egg whites and milk.

  3. turn skillet on medium and add olive oil garlic and onions. stir around for a min or so.

  4. Add eggs to skillet and cook till done.

  5. add some cheese on top if you'd like
