Recipe Ingredients for Italian Style Meatloaf

4 whole Eggs
1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons Shredded Parmesan
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cups Fresh Parsley, Chopped
3 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
6 oz ketchup

Recipe Directions for Italian Style Meatloaf

  1. Stir together all ingredients except beef and tomato sauce in large bowl.

  2. Add ground beef and mix together well.

  3. Put in loaf pan and pour tomato sauce over top.

  4. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1.25 hours.
