Definitely not Grandma's meatloaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Style Meatloaf

20 oz. Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Patty
16 oz. Italian Pork Sausage
4 oz. Pizza Sauce
8 oz. Fancy Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1 egg
4 oz. Bread Crumbs
16 oz. Spinach

Recipe Directions for Italian Style Meatloaf

Combine hamburger, sausage, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, egg and bread crumbs. Mix well. On a piece of foil, shape into 8 x 12 rectangle and flatten out. Spread cheese over top and press into meat. Lay spinach over cheese. Roll into a loaf using foil to help roll. Place seam side down into a glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, remove from oven, spread remaining pizza sauce over top and place back in oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
