Spicy version of spinach stuffed shells.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Stuffed Shells

1/2 lb Italian sausage
10 oz frozen spinach
1 c ricotta cheese
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 tsp basil
16 oz shell pasta
2 c. tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Italian Stuffed Shells

  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients.

  2. Cook jumbo shell pasta.

  3. Fill with meat/spinach filling.

  4. Place in glass baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
