Like a stir fry without asian flavours

Recipe Ingredients for Italian stir-fry

10.67 oz Chicken
2.16 cup Unico White Kidney Beans
6 pieces Sun-Dried Tomatoes
0.75 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 bunch Spinach
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.1 cup Scotch Bonnet Chile Peppers
5 clove Garlic
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Italian stir-fry

  1. Cook chicken in skillet with onions, garlic and oil.

  2. Add beans and some spices

  3. Add peppers, and brocolli

  4. Finally add tomatos and spinach
