Recipe Ingredients for Italian Stew

2 lbs top round steak
43 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 large onion
2 carrots
1 celery stalk
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tsp olive oil
6 mushrooms
12 oz whole wheat egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Italian Stew

  1. cube chuck roast

  2. marinade in garlic, salt, pepper

  3. brown in olive oil

  4. add vegetables cook 10 min

  5. add tomatoes

  6. cook

  7. spoon over egg noodles
