Recipe Ingredients for Italian skillet pork chops

3 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic
14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Recipe Directions for Italian skillet pork chops

  1. Heat oil in large skillet

  2. Brown Chops on each side about 5 minutes each side.

  3. Sprinkle chops with Italian seasoning

  4. Saute' garlic in oil surrounding chops for a few minutes

  5. Add tomatoes and rosemary.

  6. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

  7. Serve with tossed green salad.
