3 white potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 oz. mozzarella cheese (1/2 bag)
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash parsley
1 dash oregano
1 dash of rosemary

Mix all ingredients together, and bake in shallow baking dish until golden brown and soft.
