Recipe Ingredients for Italian saute #1

1 can
4 ounces
2 tablespoons capers
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Italian saute #1

  1. Open vegetables and drain (retain liquids)

  2. Peel and slice or mince garlic

  3. Add olive oil to skillet and heat

  4. Lightly sweat garlic

  5. Add drained vegetables and saute

  6. Add a pinch of dried Italian herbs if desired

  7. Serve over rice pasta or to top salmon or tuna steak
