Recipe Ingredients for Italian Sausage & Vegetables Over Pasta

2 serving Perdue Turkey Sausage, Italian Sweet
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 onion Yellow Onion
2 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 small Squash, Summer, All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Italian Sausage & Vegetables Over Pasta

Chop the peppers & onions into bite-sized pieces. Chop sausages into discs. Put all in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Chop squash into discs, stopping to stir skillet frequently. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Once water is boiling and sausage is browned, add pasta to water and squash discs to skillet. Cover skillet with lid and lower heat to medium-low. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until pasta is done. Drain pasta, serve vegetable mixture over it. You can top with a little shredded Parmesan if you wish.
