Recipe Ingredients for Italian Sausage Skillet

1 pound Italian Sausage
3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 large red onion
1 small green bell pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Italian Sausage Skillet

  1. Cook sausage in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Drain.

  2. Stir in mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Stir in bell pepper. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
