1/2 italian venison sausage, 1/2 regular ground venison

Recipe Ingredients for italian sausage and potato soup

32 oz ground venison
12 oz evaporated milk
5 red potatoes
6 oz frozen chopped spinach
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 onion
3 T flour
2 T cornstarch
6 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for italian sausage and potato soup

brown meat with onion and garlic, add 3 T flour and saute 3 minutes. Add 6 cups water, beef bouillon and tony's. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add evaporated milk, mushrooms, potatoes and spinach. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir cornstarch into 1/2 cup water;add to pot and return to boil.
