1 large Onions

1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Italian Sausage with Peppers & Onions

  1. Peel and slice onion

  2. Slice peppers

  3. Slice sausage into bite size pieces

  4. Heat oil in skillet

  5. Cook sausage in oil until no longer pink.
