Recipe Ingredients for Italian Sausage & Penne Pasta

500 grams of hot italian sausage
500 grams of penne pasta
1 tsp olive oil
1 large onion
2 sweet red peppers
4 cloves of garlic
2 cups of fresh mushrooms
28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 ground pepper
1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp grated fresh parmesan

Recipe Directions for Italian Sausage & Penne Pasta

  1. Cook sausage in skill for 15-20 min until no longer pink. Drain well and cut into thin round slices

  2. cook pasta in pot

  3. In non-stick pan heat oil over meium heat- cook onion until tender. Add garlic, red pepper for 5 min uncovered. Add cooked sausage and pepper to taste. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan
