Recipe Ingredients for Italian Sausage Pasta

1 serving Reknown Pork Banger
1 serving Reknown Pork Banger
1 Cube Stock Cubes
3 tbsp Ketchup
300 grams Water
200 grams Mushrooms
160 grams Linguine Dry

Recipe Directions for Italian Sausage Pasta

  1. Boil pasta until done. Set aside

  2. Toss mushrooms and garlic in a hot pan (I use cooking spray, otherwise use oil - you'll need to add this to your count) until just soft

  3. Add 300ml water and stock cube and ketchup

  4. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes

  5. Cook pork sausages in the oven until cooked.

  6. Cut sausages into bit sized pieces

  7. Combine pasta and sausages and sauce

  8. Serve (with cheese, optional)
