Recipe Ingredients for Italian Sausage Casserole

8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb italian sausage
1 lb rotinini or ziti
30 oz marinara sauce
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp basil, dried
1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Italian Sausage Casserole

  1. Cook italian sausage in oven at 400 degrees until brown. Boil and prepare pasta noodles as package recommends. Simmer your pasta sauce and add seasonings to taste.

  2. Slice italian sausage into bit size pieces. Combine sausages, tomato sauce, drained and cooked noodles along with 4oz mozzarella. Place in a casserole dish. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining cheese to top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
