Recipe Ingredients for Italian Roasted Green Beans

16 oz Cut Green Beans
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Italian Roasted Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Toss beans and pepper in bowl with olive oil to coat.

  3. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil: spread veggies on baking sheet.

  4. Roast ten minutes.

  5. While beans and pepper roast, mix remaining ingredients in bowl.

  6. Remove veggies from oven, Using tongs, coat them in lemon/garlic mixture and redistribute on baking sheet.

  7. Continue roasting an additional 10 minutes or until dark golden in spots.
