Recipe Ingredients for Italian quiche

2 eggs
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for Italian quiche

  1. sautee onions and garlic

  2. in bowl mix together all ingredients

  3. add salt and pepper to taste

  4. in medium sauce pan cook on low heat until egg is cooked through

  5. serve immediately. you can also put it on toast with a little marinera on top.
