Slow cooked pot roast Italian Style

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Pot Roast

3 1/10 lbs Bottom Round Roast
516 g Potatoes, Boiled
16 oz baby carrots
2 stalk celery
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
26 oz campbell's tomato soup
1/2 cup water
4 cloves garlic
5 tsp italian seasoning
10 g Distilled White Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Italian Pot Roast

  1. Place Vegetables except onion on bottom of slow cooker

  2. Place roast on top of vegetables

  3. Sprinkle roast with black pepper and Italian seasoning (additional amounts from bottle)

  4. Chop garlic and put on top of roast

  5. Slice onion and put on top of roast

  6. Mix remaing ingredients in bowl

  7. Pour mixture on sides of roast, avoiding top

  8. Scrape remaining mixture from bowl and drizzle on top of roast

  9. Cook 5 hours high, or 9+ on low
