Great recipe if you have lots of plums and don't know what to do with them!

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Plum Preserves

4 pounds plums
2 1/2 cups sugar

Recipe Directions for Italian Plum Preserves

  1. Pick alot of Italian Plums and remove seeds.

  2. Weigh out 4lbs and add to a pot.

  3. Add 2.5 cups of granulated sugar and boil on medium heat for 35 minutes.

  4. Make sure you stir often. Let cool and then put into jars and give away to friends!
