Recipe Ingredients for Italian Pizza Bake

2/3 cup Bisquick, reduced fat
4 tbsp Egg Beaters
2 tbsp water
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup green or red or yellow pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chicken breast
1/2 cup diced tomatos, canned
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, reduced fat

Recipe Directions for Italian Pizza Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray 9 x 13 pan. Stir bisquick, egg product, water, garlic powder. Spread in pan.

  2. Cook pepper and onion in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in chicken, tomatos, and seasoning; heat until hot. Spoon over batter in pan. Spread with cheese.

  3. Bake 20 - 23 minutes or until golden brown. Losen from sides of pan.
