The recipe is on the back of the Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix package. It was OK. A substitute for pizza. I think I would add mushroom or artichokes next time.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Pizza Bake

80 g Pancake and Baking Mix Heart Smart
1/4 cup egg beaters
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Italian Pizza Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray and 8x8 pan. Stir Bisquick mix, egg product, water and garlic powder: spread in pan.

  2. Cook pepper and onion in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in chicken, tomatoes and seasoning, heat until hot. Spoon over batter in pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Bake 20-23 minutes or until golden brown, loosen fron sides of pan.
