Quick weeknight meal with odds and ends from the fridge and cabinet

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Pasta Salad

1 serving Frozen Sweet Peas (Great Value)
4 1/2 serving Great Value Chunk Chicken Breast
4 serving Great Value Sliced Black Olives
3 serving Great Value Zesty Italian Dressing and Marinade
3 cups Rotini
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped cucumber

Recipe Directions for Italian Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions. Add frozen peas in the last minute of cooking

  2. Drain pasta a rinse with cool water. Let drain.

  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in large bowl add pasta and peas.

  4. Chill in fridge for an hour.
