An easy to make student pasta dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian pasta

1 courgette, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 small red onion
200 g olives
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
300 g pasta, cooked
50 g garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Italian pasta

  1. Slice up the courgette, pepper and onion and oven roast with rosemary and chopped garlic to taste.

  2. While the veg is roasting, boil up the pasta to your own taste.

  3. Drain the pasta and add the veg together with the olives, full garlic cloves and drizzle with the olive oil!
