Layered casserole using whole wheat penne rigate and turkey sausage

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Pasta Casserole

16 oz Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
3 cups Pasta Sauce Tomato Basil
16 oz. turkey
1/2 cup Ricotta, low fat
1 egg white
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper

Recipe Directions for Italian Pasta Casserole

Cook turkey (I used Italian ground turkey) and veggies in a pan on stove. Add tomato sauce. Cooke Penne rigate in water, drain, then put it in a bowl. Add egg white and ricotta. Mix. Spray casserole dish, then layer pasta and cheese mixture on bottom. Next, spread vegetables and sauce over the pasta. Finally sprinkle a small amount of fat free parmsean cheese on top. Bake 350 til sets
