Little pizza dunkers that you dip into pizza sauce. Yum, 5 dunkers per serving (makes 40 total)

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Pancake Dunkers

2 cups bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 oz shredded mozzerella
2 oz finely chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 small tomato, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Italian Pancake Dunkers

Mix bisquick, milk and eggs together. Add remaining ingredients. Pour tablesppon size onto hot griddle and use spoon to form circle. Flip when edges are dry, turn, cook until golden. Dunk into warmed pizza or spaghetti sauce.
