Recipe Ingredients for Italian Mushrooms

8 oz fresh mushrooms
2 T. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups zucchini
1 tsp dried italian seasoning
1 T. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
15 oz can tomatoes
1/2 cup frozen spinach

Recipe Directions for Italian Mushrooms

Sautee all vegs together in oil, with soy sauce and Italian seasoning, doing the tomatoes and part of the garlic last.
