This is a recipe I got from my husband's p90x meal plan and it's made w/lean turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Meatloaf (turkey)

603.28 g Extra Lean 99% Fat Free Fresh Tray Ground Breast
1/2 c onion, diced
1 oz Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium
1 oz Natural Minced Garlic
1/2 c Bread Crumbs Italian Style
139 g Spaghetti Sauce No Added Sugar (.5c)
1 oz. Spaghetti Sauce No Added Sugar (2tbsp)
1/2 tbsp sweet basil
2 tbsp italian parsley, chopped

Recipe Directions for Italian Meatloaf (turkey)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Saute the onions in the chicken broth until lightly browned.

  3. Add the garlic and cook 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the onion mixture with the ground turkey, bread crumbs, .5c marinara sauce, basil, and parsley.

  5. Form mixture into a loaf. Shape and place in an ungreased loaf pan.

  6. Brush with the remaining two tablespoons of marinara sauce and bake until cooked through, about 40 minutes.
