Notice serving sizes, there is a total of 3 lbs of meat, it could be stretched to 18 if you make 6 servings per pound. I LOVE meatloaf sanwiches for lunch, yummy and filling. I could for sure get 18 servings as lunch only.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Meatloaf

2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
8 oz italian sausage
3 eggs
5 1/2 oz tomato juice
5 oz evaporated milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
3/4 cup bell pepper
3/4 cup fresh basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Italian Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredents and shape into loaf, bake at 400 for one hour uncovered.

  2. Topping: 12 servings

  3. 1/2 cup ketchup

  4. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  5. 1 tsp ground mustard

  6. mix together and place on meatloaf before baking.

  7. (Forgot to add in original, add 34 calories per serving)
