Makes 6 servings



Good on it's own, but you can also add 2 1/2 oz chopped salami.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
3 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Italian Meatloaf

  1. Combine egg, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, and a bit of pepper.

  2. Add meat. Mix well.

  3. Place on foil shape into 7x9 rectangle pan

  4. Sprinkle cheese, leaving an edge. (salami too if desired)

  5. Roll starting at narron edge.

  6. Press to seal edges.

  7. Place in loaf pan.

  8. Bake 1 hour for 350 degrees F.

  9. Drain, Slice, Serve. Enjoy!
