Recipe Ingredients for Italian Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, minced
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Italian Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients except the tomato sauce.

  2. Form 2 8-in loaves, place in a 13x9 pan.

  3. Bake 350 for 25 min.

  4. Pour tomato sauce ontop.

  5. Continue baking for another 25-30 min.
