Ground beef and spicy tomato sauce with whole wheat pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Mac

26 1/2 ounces Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
2 lbs ground beef
16 ounces tomato sauce, no salt added
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
3 cups ketchup
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Italian Mac

  1. cook and drain pasta

  2. brown ground beef, add diced green peppers and onions

  3. mix in all other ingredients to make the meat sauce

  4. stir into pasta
