Recipe Ingredients for italian mac & cheese

150 g whole wheat penne
2 medium bell peppers (1" pcs)
1 small yellow onion (1" pcs)
3 T olive
113 g mushroom stems and pieces (no salt)
1 T garlic salt
112 g mozzarella cheese
226 g italian cheese
1/2 cup skim milk
6 oz fresh baby spinach

Recipe Directions for italian mac & cheese

  1. saute veggies in olive oil

  2. cook and drain pasta

  3. mix with remaining ingredients and mushroom liquid

  4. bake til bubbly
