Italian seasoned ground turkey with tomatoes, spinach and whole wheat couscous

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Ground Turkey with Couscous

1.28 pounds ground turkey
28 oz tomatoes
1/2 cup whole wheat couscous
1 cup spinach
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp fennel
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 salt

Recipe Directions for Italian Ground Turkey with Couscous

  1. Put can tomatoes and spinach into large pot and bring to boil.

  2. Reduce heat to simmer.

  3. Saute ground turkey with all seasonings including chopped garlic.

  4. Combine turkey with spinach and tomatoes and simmer.

  5. Add couscous (and more water if necessary) and cook until done.

  6. Season to taste.
