Recipe Ingredients for Italian Greens Salad

4 cups lettuce, romaine
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 small sweet pepper, red, cut into rings
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 cup Italian Parsley, chopped
3 roma tomatoes, sliced

Recipe Directions for Italian Greens Salad

  1. chop lettuce into pieces. Place greens into a salad bowl.

  2. gently toss in the red onions, peppers, olives, parsley, and tomatoes.

  3. top with dressing. and serve.
