Recipe Ingredients for Italian Fish

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
300 g potatoes
228 g tomatoes
100 ml white wine
100 ml fish stock
275 g fresh cod

Recipe Directions for Italian Fish

  1. Fry onion

  2. Add potatoes & Garlic & tomatoes

  3. Bake for 30 minutes

  4. Add Fish for 10 minutes

  5. Serve
