Recipe Ingredients for Italian farmhouse soup

1 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
6 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
15 oz Tomatoes Diced
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Oregano
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
32 oz Soup, Chicken Broth
2.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
0.5 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, Dry, Enriched
15 oz Cannellini
1 tablespoon Italian Parsley
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Italian farmhouse soup

  1. heat olive oil and saute onions until wilted.

  2. Add carrot (or other hard vegetables), tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasoning.

  3. Add broth and simmer until veggies begin to soften.

  4. add softer veggies, pasta and beans until cooked.

  5. Stir in parsley, grate parmasan cheese and serve with crusty bread.
