I started with a eggs alfonso recipe, but edited it a little bit.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Eggs

4 g Sandwich Bread
4 oz Prosciutto
8 eggs
14 oz tomato sauce
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 cup Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese

Recipe Directions for Italian Eggs

Heat oven to 500. Heat tomato sauce with garlic and herbs until simmering. Add one cup water to tomato sauce. Place bread slices on baking sheet and put in oven for five minutes. Add eggs gently to simmering tomato sauce cover and cook for 8 minutes. Top bread with prosciutto and place back in over for 3 minutes. Put bread on plate top with eggs, sauce and cheese and serve.
