Recipe Ingredients for Italian Egg-White Omelet

2 egg whites
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ham, diced
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for Italian Egg-White Omelet

  1. Mix garlic powder, oregano, red pepper and basil with whisked egg whites.

  2. Cook eggs in small skillet. Add diced ham and cook until done. Makes 1 serving.
