Recipe Ingredients for Italian Chopped Salad

2 cups lettuce
30 grams turkey pepperoni
7 grams turkey bacon
1 cup tomato
1 cup pepper
1 cup carrots
1 cup onions
1/2 cup cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
