Recipe Ingredients for Italian chicken and veggie

1 Serving Chicken
3 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 Medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Italian chicken and veggie

  1. Dice Tomatoes, set aside.

  2. Slice the zucchini, long-ways, with a peeler to form "noodles"

  3. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to a saute pan; Heat, and saute zukes till tender, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside zucchini in a seperate dish.

  4. Using the same skillet, add the remainging olive oil and saute your seasoned chicken breast- cook till done.

  5. Set chicken aside. In same pan, add diced tomatoes, adding salt pepper, and desired italian seasoning. Cook till thick and hot. Add previously cooked zucchini noodles and chicken breast till everything is warm. Serve.
