Recipe Ingredients for Italian Chicken and Vegetables

1 lb
1 t garlic powder
1/2 salt
1/4 t pepper
1 T olive oil
10 oz sliced mushrooms
16 asparagus spears
4 cloves garlic
14 1/2 oz
1/2 c chopped onion
1 t basil
4 t balsamic vinegar
1/8 c grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Italian Chicken and Vegetables

  1. broil chicken sprinkles with garlic powder, 1/4 t salt and 1/8 t pepper. 6 mins ea side or until done.

  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high. Add 1/4 t salt, mushrooms, asperagus and garlic; saute 2 mins. dd 1/8 t pepper, tomato, onion basil and vinegar; saute 3 mins.

  3. Serve over chicken, sprinkle w/cheese.
