Recipe Ingredients for Italian Chicken Stew

3 cups tomato puree
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
4 chicken breast
2 cups yellow squash, chopped
1 cup zuchinni, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup mushroom, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup green pepper

Recipe Directions for Italian Chicken Stew

  1. Turn on crock pot to low, add chicken broth and tomato paste.

  2. Add chopped vegetables and chicken, mix together inside crock pot.

  3. Cook on low 8 hours or until chicken is tender.

  4. Turn heat to high, add macaroni. Cook an additional half hour until macaroni is done.
