Chicken & spaghetti casserole (cheesy & hot)

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Chicken & spaghetti

3 c BOILED CHICKEN BREAST, CUBED
3/4 c GREEN PEPPER, DICED
3/4 c ONION, DICED
2 tbsp CANOLA OIL
10 oz VELVEETA CHEESE
6 oz ROTEL TOMATOES & GREEN CHILIS
12 oz VERMICELLI, COOKED & DRAINED
1 tsp SALT

Recipe Directions for Italian Chicken & spaghetti

  1. Boil 2-3 whole chicken breasts (with celery, onion, salt, pepper). Allow to cool; remove from bone; cube.

  2. Sautee green pepper & onion in oil.

  3. Melt Velveeta cheese with Rotel tomatoes & green chilis in large mixing bowl. Add chicken, green peppers & onion. Mix well.

  4. Add salt and vermicelli, cooked & drained. Mix well.

  5. Bake in covered, greased 13" x 9" casserole dish at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 - 15 minutes.
