Recipe Ingredients for Italian Chicken

2 lb chicken breast
1 large onion
800 g (14oz g) ( g) Diced Tomatoes
227 g tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried basil
4 tbsp No Fat Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Italian Chicken

  1. chop chicken 1" cubes

  2. chop onion 1/2 - 1" dice

  3. dry fry the chicken and onion till the chicken is no longer pink and the onion is soft.

  4. add the basil

  5. add the tinned tomatoes large tin chopped tomatoes, small tin tomato sauce.

  6. bring up to boil then reduce to simmer with a lid on and cook for 40 minutes.

  7. Add sour cream in last 5 minutes cook time.
