Yummy italian style chicken?simple!

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Chicken

2.5 oz Shredded Mozzarella
16 oz raw Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 oz Prosciutto di Parma
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
8 oz Tomato Sauce

Recipe Directions for Italian Chicken

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half length-wise.

  2. Place 1/2 slice prosciutto on.

  3. Add either fresh basil or fresh basil in the tube.

  4. Follow with 1Tbsp Mozzarella.

  5. Roll chicken and place in Contadina sauce with garlic and basil added.

  6. Cover with the rest of the Mozzarella.

  7. Bake at 375deg for 30 minutes (covered).

  8. Remove cover for 5-10 minutes (or until cheese is browned).

  9. Serve yummy chicken!
