An easy dinner cooked in the crock pot. Usually I add between 8-10 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless skinless) and double up on the cans of tomatoes and simply season to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Chicken

6 Chicken Breast
15 oz Stewed Tomatoes
15 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Italian Chicken

  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.

  2. Season according to taste

  3. Serve with brown rice and salad
