Recipe Ingredients for Italian Cauliflower

24 oz Cauliflower
1 serving Sun-dried Tomatoes
2 oz Oil Olive Extra Virgin
3 clove Garlic
1 large Onions
8 oz Olives Sliced Green
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red

Recipe Directions for Italian Cauliflower

  1. Place tomatoes in a single layer in a shallow bowl with red wine. Set aside.

  2. Pour 3 tablespoons olive into a large pan and add half the garlic slices. Turn heat to medium low and cook until garlic is fragrant. Increase heat to medium high and add half of cauliflower. Cook cauliflower until golden on both sides. Remove garlic as it turns golden and reserve. Remove cauliflower from pan and repeat with remaining oil (as needed) garlic, and cauliflower.

  3. Add onions, tomatoes and all liquid from tomatoes to pan. Reduce heat to low. Add cauliflower and garlic and stir. Cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes. Stir in olives and parsley; cover, and cook 5 minutes.
