Recipe Ingredients for Italian Cabbage Soup

4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Italian Cabbage Soup

Add broth and stewed tomatoes to a large pot. Add onions, garlic, carrot, cabbage and pepper. Simmer 1 1/2 hours on low heat. A great crock pot soup.
